The TCT-1400 by GoldTools is a One For All tool that combines the features of a pin-by-pin cable tester, a tone generator, an office ID checker, and a network tester (monitor). It comes with a remote unit for pin-by-pin tests of patch cable and installed cable, with a line tester to detect live circuits.
The office ID feature allows the user to check the ID number of up to 100 network or patch panel outlets without labelling the cable, and the tone generator traces cable using a tone detectable by any market tone probe.
