c. Defective or Damaged Products: If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team immediately to initiate the return process.

3. Non-Eligible Returns

The following types of products are not eligible for return and refund:

a. Consumables: Consumable products such as batteries, ink cartridges, and software downloads are non-returnable if they have been opened or used.

b. Personalized or Customized Items: Items that have been personalized or customized according to your specifications are non-returnable, except in the case of defects or errors on our part.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. Packaging: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.

c. Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

d. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

e. Refund or Exchange: If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7(seven) business days. If you prefer an exchange, we will arrange for the replacement product to be sent to you.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund process may take up to 7 business days to be completed. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Restocking Fee

We may apply a restocking fee for certain returns, especially if the returned product is not in its original condition or if the return is requested after the specified timeframe. Restocking fees may apply to correctly supplied items returned inworking condition. Please note restocking fees maybe charged on orders cancelled after processed.

7. Shipping Costs
