The FT-801 Fast Ethernet Bridge by Planet, is a 100Base-FX fibre to 10/100Base-TX shielded twisted pair (STP) converter.
It supports half-duplex or full-duplex operations as well as a variety of fibre options.
The converter auto-adapts to the highest level of performance supported by the device connected to the STP port.
The FT-801 supports LFP (Link Fault Pass Through) functionality and LLCF/LLR immediately alarms administrators should there be a problem with the link.
The DIP Switch provides the option to disable or enable the LFP function.
