Combined tensioner and insulator for corner posts, hung on a free-standing S-hook. Takes poly wire up to 10mm and braided wire up to 6mm, with a 1/2-inch ratchet and fine adjustment steps. UV-stabilised plastic inner with glass-filled nylon spindle, rated to 150kg, 0-12kV, -40°C to 80°C.
