Combined tensioner and insulator for corner posts, hung on a free-standing S-hook to isolate the wire from the post. Takes steel wire up to 3.0mm and poly/braided wire up to 3.5mm, with a 1/2-inch ratchet and fine spindle steps to prevent over-tensioning. UV-stabilised glass-filled nylon, rated to 450kg, 0-12kV, -40°C to 80°C.
