The Delock 90988 connects or extends two compatible RJ45 network cables through a shielded female-to-female interface. Specified as CAT6A, it uses a straight-through 1:1 connection and is suitable for installations requiring a compact inline coupler. Eight integrated TVS protection components help suppress electrical transients travelling through the network cable, reducing the risk of surge-related damage to connected equipment. Protection ratings include a 48V reverse stand-off voltage, breakdown voltages of 53.3V at 1mA and 61.3V at 5mA, and a maximum clamping voltage of 77.4V. The round orange ABS housing is easy to identify and measures approximately 48 × 28.3mm.
